When do I have to submit my order?The order deadline is 9:00am 2 days before your delivery i.e. 9:00am Monday for a Wednesday delivery.
When does Gnostic Organics deliver fresh produce?
Fresh produce is delivered between Wednesday and Friday and 2 working days after we receive your email order. e. g. if we receive your order on a Monday, we will deliver your goods on the Wednesday/Thursday. Depending where you live on the Central Coast we will work out the best delivery day. If you won't be home to receive your delivery, our drivers will do their best to find a covered spot hidden from street view to leave your delivery. If you live in a security building, please let us know the best way to get your produce to you if you won't be home to receive your delivery.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, because we build as few costs into our produce prices as possible, we need to charge a delivery fee to cover our delivery costs.
The delivery fee per box and central-coast wide is $7.50 including GST. Local deliveries (Woy Woy, Umina, Ettalong) do not attract a delivery fee.
The delivery fee for Corporate Fruit Boxes is calculated individually for each client based on the number of boxes delivered. Contact us for further information about our delivery pricing structure.
What is in the Seasonal Fruit & Vegetable Box?
The Seasonal Fruit & Vegetable Box is a mixed box of the best quality and value produce available each week. It contains about 50% fruit and 50% vegetables by volume and dollar value. It varies from week to week, so it is perfect if you don’t have time to choose individual items or are just happy to let us choose for you.
You can make changes to the box, so if there is something in it you would like to change, just send us an email to info@gnosticorganics.com and specify e.g. “no pears, cauliflower and corn” or "more veg than fruit" or "always 1kg potatoes and 2 heads of broccoli". We will then vary the amounts in the box, so you still get the same value, but a customised mix of produce.
From time to time, an item that we plan to include in the box may be unavailable for any number of reasons. If this happens, we will replace the item with something else of equal value. Please just let us know any preferences, likes or dislikes you may have, so that we can replace it with something you will use.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
We understand that buying sight unseen requires more trust than shopping at a supermarket or fruit shop and that's why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all of our fresh produce. If for whatever reason you find that something in your delivery is not what you would choose for yourself, please let us know and we'll refund the cost or replace it in your next order.
If for any reason you are not happy with one of our non-fresh produce products, simply send it back in its original packaging within 14 days and we will exchange it or give you a full refund.

We sell a wide range of groceries, such as grains, pasta, sauces, oils, rice etc. We also sell supplements, natural body care, baby products, cleaning products and household items as well as books, waterfilters, sprouters and juicers.

What does a typical box contain?
A selection of the best Certified Organic fruit available. We include fruits that are easy to eat, without being too messy, such as apples, bananas, peaches, pears and mandarins, generally avoiding large fruits that need to be cut up, such as rockmelon and pineapples (unless you specifically request these fruits). The selection will change as new varieties become available throughout the year.

How do I order for my office?
Contact us to discuss your needs. Once you have decided what will suit your office needs, we can put in place a regular delivery, so you don’t need to do anything to keep receiving your fruit.
Do I have to have a weekly delivery?
No. Whilst most of our customers have weekly delivery of their fresh fruit, we can also deliver on a fortnightly or monthly basis. Call us to discuss your specific needs. We will also provide advice on how to mix the number of boxes so that your workplace has a consistent supply of fresh fruit that suits your budget.
